Amplesum
Privacy Policy
Effective Date: September 4, 2026
1. Who we are
Amplesum is a platform operated by RCW Holdings LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("Amplesum," "we," "us," or "our"). Amplesum provides eligible users with access to USD account functionality and facilitates withdrawal of funds to local payout methods in supported markets, currently Jamaica, with Trinidad & Tobago and Barbados planned.
2. Information we collect
We collect the following categories of information:
- Identity and verification information — name, date of birth, government-issued ID, address, and other information required to complete identity verification (KYC). This is collected and verified through our financial infrastructure partner, Bridge, and other approved partners as needed.
- Account and transaction information — your USD account balance, deposit and withdrawal history, linked payout destinations (such as a bank account or debit/credit card), and related transaction metadata.
- Contact information — email address and, where provided, phone number.
- Device and usage information — IP address, browser or device type, and how you interact with our app or site, collected automatically.
3. How we use your information
- To provide, operate, and maintain the Amplesum service, including creating and managing your account.
- To verify your identity and comply with Know Your Customer (KYC), Anti-Money Laundering (AML), and sanctions screening obligations.
- To process deposits and withdrawals, including sending necessary information to our payment and payout partners to complete a transaction you request.
- To detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, unauthorized access, and other unlawful activity.
- To communicate with you about your account, transactions, or changes to our services or policies.
- To comply with applicable law, regulation, or legal process.
4. How we share your information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information with the following categories of third parties, only as needed to provide the service:
- Bridge — our financial infrastructure partner, which performs identity verification, holds account and wallet infrastructure on your behalf, and facilitates the underlying movement of funds.
- Payout partners — the regulated partner(s) we use to deliver funds to your selected local payout method (such as a bank account or card) in your market.
- Service providers — vendors who help us operate our business, such as hosting, email delivery, and customer support tools, bound by confidentiality and data protection obligations.
- Legal and regulatory authorities — where required by law, regulation, court order, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Amplesum, our users, or others.
5. Data retention
We retain your information for as long as your account is active, and afterward for as long as necessary to comply with our legal, regulatory, tax, and accounting obligations (including recordkeeping requirements associated with financial services), resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
6. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. You can exercise these rights by contacting us using the details below. Some information may be retained where required by law, including recordkeeping obligations tied to financial services.
7. International data transfers
Amplesum is based in the United States and works with partners operating internationally. Your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States or other countries where we or our service providers operate, which may have different data protection laws than your home country.
8. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Children's privacy
Amplesum is not directed to, and does not knowingly collect information from, individuals under the age of 18. If we learn we have collected information from someone under 18, we will take steps to delete it.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new effective date. Continued use of Amplesum after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
