These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Amplesum, operated by RCW Holdings LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("Amplesum," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using Amplesum, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Amplesum.
Amplesum provides eligible users with access to USD account functionality through our financial infrastructure partner, Bridge, and facilitates withdrawal of funds to supported local payout methods (such as a bank account or debit/credit card) in supported markets. Amplesum is not a bank. Underlying account, custody, and money-movement functions are provided by Bridge and other regulated financial partners, not directly by Amplesum.
To use Amplesum, you must be at least 18 years old, a resident of a supported market (currently Jamaica, with additional markets to follow), and able to complete identity verification. We may decline to open, or may suspend or close, an account at our discretion, including where required for compliance or risk purposes.
You must provide accurate, current information when creating an account. You must complete identity verification (KYC) before accessing regulated account functionality. We, or our partners, may request additional information or verification at any time for compliance, fraud prevention, or risk review, and may restrict account access until this is provided.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.
You may not use Amplesum for, or in connection with:
We may request additional information, delay or restrict a transaction, suspend your account, or terminate your access where we reasonably believe any of the above has occurred or may occur.
Fees applicable to withdrawals and other services will be disclosed to you within the Amplesum app prior to completing a transaction. Fees may vary by destination market and payout method, and may change from time to time.
Amplesum relies on regulated third-party partners, including Bridge and our payout provider(s), to provide core account, custody, and money-movement functionality. We select these partners with care, but we do not control, and are not liable for, delays, errors, or service interruptions caused solely by a third-party partner's own systems, unless caused by our failure to exercise reasonable care in selecting or overseeing that partner.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Amplesum and its officers, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to Amplesum will not exceed the fees you paid to Amplesum in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your access to Amplesum at any time, with or without notice, including where required for legal, regulatory, fraud-prevention, or risk-management reasons. You may close your account at any time, subject to completion of any pending transactions and applicable recordkeeping obligations.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new effective date. Continued use of Amplesum after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless otherwise required by applicable local law in your jurisdiction.
