Terms of Service

Last updated: July 27, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Amplesum, a product of RCW Holdings LLC ("Amplesum," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a legally binding contract to use Amplesum. By using our services, you represent that you meet these requirements.

2. Our Service

Amplesum provides users with a USD virtual account, including a routing and account number, to help receive payments from platforms such as PayPal, freelance marketplaces, and international employers. Funds received are converted and made available to users in Jamaica.

Amplesum does not hold a money transmitter license and does not take custody of user funds at any point. Account issuance, identity verification (KYC/AML), and fund movement are performed through our infrastructure partner, Bridge, and its sponsor bank. Your use of these underlying services is also subject to Bridge's own terms.

3. Current Stage of Service

Amplesum is currently in early development. Some features described on our website or in our app may not yet be fully available, and functionality may change as we continue to build. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate material changes to active users.

4. Identity Verification

To use Amplesum, you must complete identity verification (KYC), which may include providing your name, address, date of birth, and a government-issued ID. This information is processed by our partner, Bridge, in accordance with applicable law.

5. Account Responsibilities

6. Fees

Amplesum charges a percentage-based fee on funds withdrawn through the platform. Applicable fees will be clearly displayed before you complete a transaction.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or if required to do so by our infrastructure partners or applicable law.

8. Limitation of Liability

Amplesum is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Amplesum and RCW Holdings LLC are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to active users. Continued use of Amplesum after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
